Need a family adventure that combines fresh air, kids yoga, relaxation for parents/caregivers and a farm tour? We know these are tough times for kids and parents/caregivers alike.

Join us for 45 minutes of letting down, letting go and reconnecting with each other in a completely different environment…a working farm!

*Activities are 10-20 minutes long.

-Yoga activity just for the kids (6 y.o and older)
-Mindfulness session for adults
-Combined family yoga activity
-Flower garden project and farm tour

Donations are welcomed at the event. Donations will buy seeds and equipment. No worries if you aren’t able to donate at this time, please attend and enjoy!

Amanda Varner from Mindful Kids Yoga will show kids simple breathing techniques and fun games to regulate emotions and maintain healthy minds and bodies.

Jill Batiansila from Together We Heal Community will share about her non-profit and provide a brief farm tour.

Jill Weston from Breathing Space will guide adults in a short mindfulness session.

Important Details:

All adults and kids MUST be pre-registered, kids 6 years old and older only. Sorry, no kids under 6 years old for this event. Any unregistered adults and kids will not be admitted. We want everyone to be in full participation mode. Please arrive no earlier than 12:40 and no later than 1:00.

No yoga clothing needed, close-toed shoes required for everyone. Kids can kick their shoes off during yoga class. Bring a large beach towel for each child for the yoga activity. We’re sure you will have wipes, sunscreen, snacks and water on hand for the entire family.

Fruit Infused water will be provided.

*Please note this is a working farm. There are free roaming roosters, chickens, bees, and bugs. Please prepare your kids to be both curious and kind to the animals. There are no indoor toilets or sinks at the farm. We have a custom built outhouse with a camping toilet, hand sanitizer and water hose.
