Stone Lake Farms is a quiet, quaint organic farm on the edge of town. Owned and operated by Cliff Wilcox; he sells seasonal produce in small quantities. He graciously offers a small amount of land to Together We Heal Community to grow flowers each year. We grow, maintain, pick and arrange flowers to give away to those struggling with loss. Each week, our volunteer team delivers approximately 30 jars to places of business around Elk Grove.

This year we all agreed that the beauty of the farm and flowers should be shared with the public.

Due to the nature of the farm, we feel it is best suited for ages 5 and up. If you do bring small children, we ask that you accompany them at all times. Since this is a working farm, there are sharp pieces of equipment, bugs, bees, and lots of dirt!

The fields do not have wheelchair access.

We have a primitive outhouse if nature calls.

Please wear closed-toed shoes, your own clippers or scissors and a jar or bucket for your flowers.
