Understanding your Grief 8-Week Book-Based Grief Support Group is a virtual group provided through KP NorCal Hospice Bereavement Support

Thursdays 3:30 pm – 5 pm, February 12 – April 2.

Bereavement resources are available free of charge to both Kaiser members and community members. All Bereavement Programs are virtual until further notice. Multi-session groups provide information, resources, and support to adults grieving the loss of a loved one.
