Grief can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to walk through it by yourself. Join us in this
sacred space as we gather to share our stories in a safe, compassionate, and supportive
environment. Together, we will discover comfort, learn healthy coping skills, strengthen self-
awareness, and find hope alongside others who understand the journey of loss.

Who Can Attend?
Anyone who has experienced grief or the loss of a loved one is welcome.

About the Facilitator~
Kathy Skinner, BS, MA
Kathy brings more than 12 years of experience as a hospice chaplain and bereavement coach, along with 16 years working in mental health settings facilitating groups focused on life-enrichment skills and healthy coping strategies.
