Finding Balance & Nourishment Through the Holiday Season
The holidays bring favorite foods, family traditions, and a mix of emotions, especially when navigating grief. With holiday gatherings, busy schedules, and added stress, finding balance with food can sometimes feel challenging.
Join clinical nutritionist Stacey Ring as we explore how to enjoy holiday favorites without guilt, nourish your body through the season, and take some of the stress out of holiday eating.
We'll discuss practical ways to find balance while making room for the foods, memories, and traditions that make this time of year meaningful.
