~ Get unstuck and feel the flow. Flow through energized & active to calm & restful states of our nervous system. This stress-relieving session is for all mobility levels as we explore bringing ease and calm into the body as a means to calm the mind.

Through her personal experience with traumatic stress and grief, Karen Penfold discovered her passion to help others heal from their own trauma.
